Lemon's Support Options

We have 3 levels of maintenance contract to suit your organisation's needs and 2 "Ad Hoc" options.

Contract Options:

  1. Basic Maintenance Contract - Two hours of Phone and email support per month, backup monitoring
  2. Standard Maintenance Contract - Fortnightly scheduled half day visits (flexible), backup, connectivity monitoring and monitoring of other services to suit, strategy development, IT auditing, priority response, discounts on other products and services (e.g. broadband).
  3. Full Maintenance Contract - All of the above, your very own lemon engineer, intended to cover everything an SME could require in terms of IT support.

Non Contract Options:

  1. Ad Hoc - Hours are charged as and when they are used
  2. Prepay - Blocks of hours are purchased in advance at a discounted rate
