We have extensive experience in multiple operating systems including Windows, Linux, Mac OS and Solaris. All of our support packages are designed to support any business large, medium or small, with fast on-site response times and if our 'Secure Remote Support' is utilised, even quicker!
We are able to offer support on site or remotely over the internet.
On-site support is always a necessity when installing physical hardware or implementing networks, but any business with a dedicated connection to the internet will benefit from our non-intrusive, highly responsive and cost effective remote support.
Once the remote access is installed only hardware errors or large network repairs and implementations will necessitate an onsite visit by our engineers. All other issues, which make up the majority of normal problems, can be handled via remote access, quickly and compared to an onsite appointment, very cheaply.

In addition the system can be used as a visual education for your employees for solving many user initiated issues as they can watch our engineers solve the problem on screen. This technology is almost totally invisible to our clients and the only visual sign of its implementation is the one small icon running in your task bar that lets you know the service is running correctly.
